Further to my post above, the deal at FutureShop is even better! I bought Star Trek: Season 1 on BluRay today. It has one of those cardboard clip covers. I decided to (not sure why) have a peek under the slip cover, and there was a sticker on the keep case that said: Get a $10 Future Shop Gift Card with the purchase of Star Trek:Season 1 on Blu-RayThe sticker also said "Future Shop Exclusive". I pointed out the sticker to the checkout clerk, and she didn't know what to make of it. She checked with her manager, and instead of giving me a $10 gift card, they decided to just knock $10 off the price. So, I got the set for $69.99 CDN funds! SWEET! That's about $57.48 US funds with today's exchange rate.  If you're going to Future Shop to get this, be sure to point the "hidden" sticker out to the checkout clerk. Poo |
