After going without a laptop or desktop for about six months, I finally got a new one. First thing I did was install DVD Profiler, download my collection from DVD Profiler online since I'd been using my iPhone to keep my collection up-to-date, and then I updated the profiles, fixed sorting order for a few titles (mostly sequels since I like to have them sort in release order) and uploaded the new collection.

Finally I decided to establish a connection between the mobile app and computer so I set up sharing on both the app and computer and connected. After a long time, the collections were synced. I checked the app and it appeared to exactly the collection on my computer. Sorting was correct, the box set contents were correct, etc. I closed my app and didn't think about it again. Then the next day, a new blu ray arrived from Amazon so I went on my computer and added it. Then I updated DVD Profiler online. I then opened my app to sync it. The first thing I noticed was that all of a sudden all of the sorting was wrong. Not wrong in that I was ignoring custom sorting rules but completely wrong. For example, it's including articles ("A", "The", etc.) in sorting now.

I tried fixing this by syncing it with my computer and it cannot connect (that's a different problem that I'm working on). So I synced it with DVD Profiler online. It downloaded the new blu ray profile but the sorting is still wrong. I have no idea how to fix it. Anyone seen this before?
