Collection data refresh problem

I tried repeatedly but I  cannot refresh images and profiles for my collection when I click online/refresh. Is there something wrong with my database or it has to do with the software?

Try deleting the images from the profiles and then refreshing the images from online.

Also make sure that images are not locked in the affected profiles.

First rule of DVD Profiler:
When anything strange happens in Profiler, try a database repair.
My freeware tools for DVD Profiler users.
