When I do a backup I always choose the Custom Backup and choose only the Backup Profiles Only Option. I uncheck all the rest.

I think it would be a good idea to have the ability for the program to remember what a user usually chooses under the Custom Backup Option, but still retain the option to override the remembered choice.
