| Posted: | | | | I just started getting an upload error. I can download but not upload. I’ve also noted that I can’t delete my last two custom entries. The problem stared when I added a new movie but it didn’t show up properly in my database. I tried to delete it and try again but it wouldn’t let me. |

| Posted: | | | | I am running version 4.01 and iOS 11.1.2 on an iPad Air 2 and an iPhone 5S. Same problem on both. I suspect it is related to some of the other recent posts I am reading. |

| Posted: | | | | I deleted/reinstalled the app on my iPhone and then dowloaded the database. I added a new title, but when I tried to upload, at first I get an unresponsive dialogue box and eventually an update error. I stll can’t delete two recent custom titles which may be the source of the problem. I have 1285 titles. I suspect this is a problem with iOS 11.1.2 and needs to be fixed. I use a Mac so I can’t try deleting these titles any other way. Please help! I’m really screwed if you can’t fix this. I would hate to have switch to another app. |

| Posted: | | | | The title that I was trying to add when this all started was A Street Cat Named Bob. After adding it, it didn’t show up in my collection. After screwing around a bit, I was able to delete it. I just discovered that this odd behaviour only occurs with the US version. I was able to add the UK version with no problem. I don’t know if this title was source of my problem, but it does seem suspicious. Until you can solve my upload and delete problems I am forced to add new titltes manually to BOTH my iPad and iPhone. This makes your online database useless to me! If it can’t be resolved inareasonable amount of time, I will be forced to find another app to meet my needs. Needless to say I will not be a happy customer. |

| Posted: | | | | Since I received no response from Invelos, I was forced to experiment based on comments from others with similar problems. I was finally able to resolve my problem by deleting my online database. I could then upload most of my titles. I deleted my app and reinstalled. I then dowloaded my database and had to manually add all my missing titles. Very painful, but at least things are back to normal. I still don’t know what caused my problem and am sorely disappointed in the non-response of the developer. As a result, while I will still use it due to my large database, I would not recommend this product to my friends. |
