Can't get mobile app to work |

The main issue THEN and NOW is that the app will not download the data/movies to my phone. It has always and continues to say that I have 0 movies in my collection. I can see the movies in my collection (via the online database, I assume), but I have none of the functionality of having the collection ON my phone.
I'm wondering if I need to set certain settings correctly on the phone, or on the website, or on the main PC program?

I tried deleting the database, but is says "the currently opened database cannot be deleted."
