I purchased the Windows version a couple of hours ago, then purchased a copy for my iPhone 6s. I added 23 movies on my iPhone and was able to complete at least 3 connections/sharing over my network with no problems.
I then did a backup of the database on my PC and shut down both the Windows app and the iPhone app.
I then added another movie using the pic2shop app advertised in iPhone app utilizing the SCAN BARCODE feature.
Now I cant connect/share between the same 2 devices.
I didn't change any settings on either the PC or iPhone.
I confirmed that the settings (ip address and port) still matched.
I even followed the guide to make sure everything was as should be and even re-entered the same passwords.
I still can NOT connect my iPhone to do an update.
ANY help plz! |

| Posted: | | | | OK, with help from tech support, I got it to work, but only if I turn my firewall OFF. Why? As I stated before, it worked earlier with the firewall turned ON, why wont it work now??? Is there a setting I can change on my firewall software (MacAfee) to allow JUST the app to get through while the firewall is ON? It just doesn't make sense?
