Do Blurays not show in a collection? |

I have purchased a lot of blurays over the past year or so, yet they do not show on my online collection. Are only DVDs shown?
My collection shows 927 Total DVDs and the owned are 697. The balance I have set up specific bluray folders for such as Steelbooks, Amarays, Digibooks etc etc. Could someone please explain why these blurays dont show on my online collection? Does everything need to be in the "'Owned'' category in order to show online??

| | Posted: | | | | Yes, if your blu-rays are not in Owned, they won't show on-line.
There is no need to create specific blu-ray folders for steelbooks etc. or whichever category you wish to create. You can create and use Tags and then filter on them. |

Cheers Check your "Edit Custom Collection Categories" settings in the program, and make sure that any specific custom folders have "Include contents in owned collection" checked. That way they will appear in the custom folders and the Owned folder, and be visible in your Online Collection. You might also check your Online Collection settings to see if anything is checked/unchecked. It could also be that your Online Collection has a corruption in it that's causing it. Try deleting your Online Collection and then doing a fresh upload. | | | | Corey |
