Only a minor thing, but it would be very nice if there would be a new app icon in the next update. Since iOS 7 from 2013 Apple (and almost all app developers) switched to a flat design. DVD Profiler iOS is really sticking out from the home screen and the icon looks antiquated.

I don't think it looks antiquated. I think it stands out, which seems quite appropriate, because it is an outstanding program. I like it the way it is, but if Ken decides to change it I won't cry. Just as long as the app keeps working. It's by far the most important app on my iPad!

At least it finally supports the larger screen of the iPhone 6/6S/7. I'm wondering how it will look like on the X.

I guess, the upper corners will stay black, until app developers fully support the iPhone X. Unfortunately or for a good reason, apple only showed apps with iPhone X support
