Hi
I purchased Mr. Selfridge: Series 3.
Tried to scan barcode: 5 0533083 034610 but wasn't recognized.
Entered title manually and tried to scan back & front cover,
Somehow both front & back always seemed to show the back scanned cover.
Is there an update yet for this surely popular DVD.
I also own the bluray copy and the barcode was recognized without problem.
Any suggestions/help?

First of all, that barcode is wrong (14 characters instead of 13) but I assume it's just a typo. It should be 5 053083 034610. But like you say, it's not in the database.

This is a user built database, so perhaps the DVD isn't that popular after all?

I have no idea why you have the problem with scanning the covers. I have never had any problems. Sounds like you're doing it wrong...

You can copy all relevant details from the Blu-ray profile (DVD->Copy and DVD->Paste from the menu).
