I am running it on an iPhone 6+ My Device has 813 entries and the online DB only 792 so would not like to have to redo I have not seen any related posts as such. Cheers... |

Looking at your online they *do* appear to be all in Collection # order so does this mesn it's the entries from 792-813 that are not uploading? If so I would suggest it may be a single corrupt profile... since your online finishes at 791 I would guess at profile 792 so it might be worth deleting just that one and re-entering it. Alternatively, with the desktop program do a backup and restore all except that profile (select 'only restore selected profiles only' or whatever the wording is... hit select all for which ones you want to select (instead of doing hem all by hand!) so that there are indicators next to all the profiles, then deselect the suspect profile on the list) -v best to restore to a *new* blank database *then* add that profile back into the new database. | | | It is dangerous to be right in matters where established men are wrong | | | Last edited: by Voltaire53 |

| Posted: | | | | Hi - I've had that same error message for months! Have tried resetting my online collection, then deleting files one by one, then reloading, but get same message every time, no matter which profile I delete!
I originally had about 570 movies in my iOS device, but only 410 would show up online. I've deleted so many profiles trying to find the correct one that my device now is at 518, but the online still reads 410. I've deleted collection # 411, plus many others in the 400s, and have gotten nowhere.
What can I try before I have to delete and re-enter 150 titles?

| Posted: | | | | Hi, I have what sounds like the same/similar problem. I've reset the online profile and still was not able to upload without receiving the upload error. I have three devices (iPhone SE, iPhone 6S and iPad) the SE contains our full library (count: 613 (615 entries) and the other two devices contained earlier versions. I was not able to upload from any device, just says upload error try again later (I've been trying for months). I reset the online collection, which went to 0 then tried uploading, same error, though the online collection then said there was 531 (reset a few times and found the same thing happened). I then downloaded from online, no issues but 531 was less than what was on the iPad (559) but found I could then add DVDs and upload no issues. I figured this meant there was a corrupt DVD addition so on my iPhone 6s (collection of 576 count, 579 entries - I've no idea why there seems to be a difference with our count vs entries) and deleted one by one from the last count entry trying to upload after each one till I got to about 525 count 527 entries - every one gave me an error. I then downloaded from online and could the add and upload from the 6s. I'd really rather not have to add 100 dvd's and even if I do to get the collection back on all devices, what's to say this doesn't happen again? Any help would be appreciated! |

I have scanned 148 videos and I have not been able to upload them to the online database at all. Would love some input about how to fix this error so I can actually use this program that I paid for. :/ |

| Posted: | | | | Hi I'm starting to have doubts, if this software is even able to handle more than 943 entries (online). Since the first upload error, more than 2 years have gone bye and Invelos does nothing. They only recomend to delete some or all data from the online-backup. The problem here is, that with every I deleted an reloaded the data, the error appeared sooner, until I reached 943 films. (bevor the first error I had 1078 entries) Meanwhile I have 1720 movies and if I have to insert them again, I will do so, with another app/software.
Please Invelos.com finally do something!!! |

| Posted: | | | | Handling larger numbers is no problem at all. My on-line collection has over 8,000 entries, and some fellow users have much larger collections. I don't know what's wrong at your end, but something is not quite right. |
