| Posted: | | | | Hello
When I enter f.e. 3 Genres for a film and save it I see all 3 in my Profiler 3.9 Desktop software. After a restard I see only the first, in every film the same (6000 films). The others do not show in the the main Overview. When I open it to edit they are there. Something wrong here?
Can some others look if this happens to them to, thanks.
Thanks,

That is usually the problem for these types of problems. | | | HDTV: 52" Toshiba Regza 52XV545U AVR: Onkyo TR-707 Speakers: Paradigm Monitor 7 v6, CC-190 & Atom Monitors Subwoofer: Definitive Technology ProSub 800 BD/DVD: Oppo BDP-93 (Region Free) HD PVR: Motorola DXC3400 500GB w/ 1TB Expander BD/DVD/Game: 250GB PS3 Slim DVD/Game: 250GB XBox 360 Elite Special Edition (Black) Game: Wii Remote: Logitech Harmony One w/ PS3 Adapter WHS: Acer H341 Windows Home Server |

| Posted: | | | | Yes, I do a database repair about twice a week always to avoid problems. That does not help. When I change something in a film and save it I see all 3 genres. Next time I restart the profiler I see only the first, in all my films I have only the first genre showing like this: But they all have 2 or 3 Genres when I look into the film. | Posted: | | | | I don't think it is a problem, just how that view is laid out. I just switched to that view and it only shows the first genre for me as well. | | | HDTV: 52" Toshiba Regza 52XV545U AVR: Onkyo TR-707 Speakers: Paradigm Monitor 7 v6, CC-190 & Atom Monitors Subwoofer: Definitive Technology ProSub 800 BD/DVD: Oppo BDP-93 (Region Free) HD PVR: Motorola DXC3400 500GB w/ 1TB Expander BD/DVD/Game: 250GB PS3 Slim DVD/Game: 250GB XBox 360 Elite Special Edition (Black) Game: Wii Remote: Logitech Harmony One w/ PS3 Adapter WHS: Acer H341 Windows Home Server |

But this was the same view as I always had in version 3.8x and there I had all Genres, since update to 3.9 only the first, only one. And it can display more, when I change something in such a profile and save then all 3 Genres are there, but after restart only the first again. I really wonder how I can correct this, need help from Ken. Fritz | | | * 3D TV Panasonic TX-P65VT30J + Blu-ray Player Panasonic DMP-BDT500 My Filmcollection online: www.filmkino.ch * |

Refreshing profiles reveals all genres, but you are right, it does not survive a restart. | | | Don't confuse while the film is playing with when the film is played.
