Hi,
ADDENDUM: Ignore this post! I have now fixed the problem! Don't know how I did it, but now have everything sync-ing as it should be!

I'm running DVD Profiler 3.8 (Version 3.8.2, Build 1542) on my Windows Vista Basic Edition laptop PC, coupled to a
non-Jailbroken iPhone 4S 64gb model running iOS 7.1.2 (Version 11D257).
Up until earlier today, everything was fine.
I've just updated the DVD Profiler iPhone App, as iTunes said it needed to be updated to the latest version (2.1.5), and now, no matter what I do, the app and the PC database will NOT sync with one another!
The iPhone just keeps saying "
Unable to connect. Please ensure that DVD Profiler is running and that sharing is active. Retry this connection? YES or NO"
If I select YES, it keeps repeating the error message. If I click, NO, then it just sends me back to the last version of my database, that is on my iPhone, from the last successful sync - about 4 days ago.
I've double-checked all the Wi-Fi connections, all the Port Address info, the IP Address, and restarted both my iPhone and PC, just in case there's a glitch somewhere, and run the Database Repair utility as well, but all to no avail! Also tried deleting the latest saved Database, in case that file had issues, and reverted back to my previous saved Database from a week or so ago, but again, with no luck!
Anyone care to help me out please?
