| Posted: | | | | Okay so I'm new here and made my account so I can be a little more proactive and keep myself from spending more time and money on a new app. This is pretty loaded so I'll do the best I can to spread it all out in a readable manner.
In the past (and I tried again 2 min ago and still nothing) I have tried to sync my iphone collection to my PC version - I do all of my updates and additions from my iphone and have never been able to update my PC version. I keep getting this notice (Access violation at address 00726253 in module 'dvdpro.exe'. Read of address 0000008).
I upgraded my iphone to ios8 and my dvd covers no longer show up in my app - I downloaded the new update and I am still having these issues.
I got a new galaxy S4 and purchased the app (once again) and it updated my collection from my PC (which is not complete and had no problem connecting) and my covers are still absent.
Basically what I need to do is move my collection from my iphone app to my galaxy app with the images being seen. Any help is much appreciated! |

| Posted: | | | | There is no way to directly convert the data of your iPhone to Android. The PC-app as middleman (and translator) is required. Quote: I keep getting this notice (Access violation at address 00726253 in module 'dvdpro.exe'. Read of address 0000008).
At which point does this message show up? Quote: I upgraded my iphone to ios8 and my dvd covers no longer show up in my app
Update DVDProfiler to 2.1.4 (latest version) do NOT convert license type to "Family" | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

| Posted: | | | | The missing covers are normal. The covers are not backed up to iCloud and require synching with the PC version once to restore.
Of course that doesn't work for you at the moment, but that seems to be a problem with the PC app. Have you tried running a database repair? |

I will try a date base repair, haven't seen that before. |
