Same issue here when trying to add new DVDs.

1) Unable to change the Add to: collection category (nothing happens when tapping on the arrow or "Owned")
2) Tapping on the Purchased: date or Paid: $(USD) results in the screen greying out and a white bar at the bottom. DVD Profiler for iOS has to be completely shut down and opened again to get rid of the white bar.
3) From: brings up a list that works fine
4) This hasn't been an issue for me on my iPad 3

Using DVD Profiler for iOS 2.1.3, iPhone 5, iOS 8.0.2.

Here's a screenshot with the greyed out screen and white bar that comes up at the bottom when trying to change the Purchased date or Paid currency:

The Add to: collection category and the Purchased: date are working now, but I'm unable to change the Paid: $ (USD) field. Clicking on the (USD) text or the blue arrow beside it doesn't do anything. This is not a big concern for me as I don't use it all that often anyway.
