Hello,
This morning, like always, I opened DVDprofiler, but soon I saw that there was a problem.
I got the message : "DBISAM Engine Error # 9217 Error reading from the table 'C:\Users\user\Documents\DVDProfiler\Databases\Default\CreditsAssign.IDX'.
Even with the repairtool I couldn't save the problem.
Can anyone help me please?

There was a similar problem before: see this thread
(I would recommend to copy all the files of your default database to a different folder as backup for this slightly "hacky" solution.)
