Hi arnieb, I assume the program you are referring to is DVD Profiler for Android, in that case the support forum is located here. If, otherwise, you are talking about MyLoD, the little app who is often talked about in this forum nowadays, please give me more details about the problem you are experiencing, and I'll try to help you. Anyone know when the fix will be for this? this is a change which was introduced by google to prevent the external drive being written to. You will need to uninstall the program and then re-install. Then re-download the database Hopefully that will start writing somewhere its allowed. Blame google. | | | | Paul |
