| Posted: | | | | Google just announced a new Version of Android with one of the major changes being the switch from the previous Dalvik Runtime to the new ART Runtime. This potentially breaks apps that are not build for ART.
Just in case anyone beside me was afraid that there would be months without Profiler on our Android:
I just tested DVD Profiler on a Nexus 5 running the developer build and thus far everything is fine (meaning: like it runs on Android 4). I was afraid DVDP wouldn't run on ART, but it seems to be OK.

From 4.4.2 I'll skip 4.4.3 and upgrade to 4.4.4 in early July. | | | Don't confuse while the film is playing with when the film is played. [Ken Cole, DVD Profiler Architect] |

Angry Birds Star Wars seems to be fine. I installed it and played the first two levels. No problems so far.
Here is a list of apps that have been found that are not working: http://forum.xda-developers.com/google-nexus-5/general/apps-android-l-preview-t2796176
