Anyone know of a way to re access my former account?  Don't want to have to pay 30 dollars for a program I have already bought.

Tools / Registration Information.

Your registration key is written there.

You should open a support ticket to get access to your old account.

They won't let me open a ticket because this is not a premium account.  I tried having my password / name sent to my email but no luck.

If DVD-Profiler is still running in the registered version (Check in menu "Tools -> Registration Information") you can also log in to your account with the registration key you find there.

If it isn't, it is needed to remember either the E-Mail adress you used for the original registration, or the user-name you created then. If you can remember neither you may want to ask for help here and provide as much information on your original account as you can (best would be if you still had your PayPal receipt).
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

Your link doesn't work, here's the right one.

Well the only email I can think I would have used is not working... looks like I will need to re-purchase.

Did you try to contact Invelos?

OK,
in this case I won't

Sorry for repeating, but (IMO) the ability to log in with the registration key was missing in your post.
Just tried to explicitly point to this.

Back to OP's problem

Which was the last version you used?
If it was a 2.x this can happen because of the company change. To retrieve your key you'd need to contact Invelos with the contact form (link provided by StaNDarD). The contact form should (other than the Support Ticket) work even for unregistered users.

But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

I give him the benefit of the doubt... but we sure know better than giving our registration info (anyway we need it for the forum and the online voting and display), so he have everything he need to get them from Invelos (if he was a register user of DVDP 2.X and not a free user evidently).

If you acquired it back when the company was Intervocative then you can try this site but that was quite a while ago ...

I'm sorry...but the mere fact that this person is not responding to the suggestions on how to contact Invelos makes me think this is someone attempting to illegally obtain a license. I may be wrong, and if I am, I apologise for the assumption.
