That has been the bane of a lot of peoples existence.

| Posted: | | | | Ken posted this in the new user forum in regards to a similar issue with the iOS app. However, I figured I would repost it here (emphasis mine) since this is also applicable to the Android app and appears to be a common issue. Quoting Ken Cole: Quote: ... 2) Sync the iOS version with your PC DVD Profiler database as you would over wifi. This requires opening up a port on your router. See www.portforward.com for instructions specific to your router. Note: they offer a paid program to do it automatically, but they also offer free instructions to do it manually. Here's the specific page for DVD Profiler: http://portforward.com/english/applications/port_forwarding/DVD_Profiler/default.htm | | | Last edited: by rdodolak |

At least in Comodo I was able to do that. The real fix was the port forwarding, however, eliminating the firewall as an issue didn't hurt. |

yes I am in wifi ... Try turning your internet security off and do the update. I know some programs tell you to turn off any security programs before doing update or install. |
