| Posted: | | | | Is anyone else having issues with combination sets? Two Blu + DVD or 1+1?
Usually what I am seeing is the DVD profile shows, the blu-ray does not. The main DVD Profile database is fine. Just to be sure there was no issue, I ran a database rebuild. Same result. Some profiles are fine. Some are not. Profiles with issues: Ben-Hur 50th Ann set, Chuck, The Complete First Season (all blu), Zathura Blu + DVD combo, no DVD (go figure) - yet when you go to discs, both are listed.
Any insight appreciated. |

http://invelos.com/Forums.aspx?task=viewtopic&topicID=676321 Kinda yes and no. Here's what I figured out so far. For the Ben-Hur and Chronicles of Narnia profiles I deleted the child profiles and updated the profiles, re-adding the child profiles. I set the child profiles up the way I usually do, ran a sync. I now had *NO* profile of the titles showing! For child profiles I usually set them up to be excludes from movie pick, excludes from iphone (since I don't own one, and don't want one), I leave DVD Mobile open since I have a copy of that, and I hide the child profiles in online public listing. I went and check a couple of profile that were working, and they didn't have the iphone checked. OK. I unchecked exclude iphone, ran a sync and now both the blu and dvd show in both profiles. I can't tell for sure which part worked, however, since it isn't that many more steps to uncheck the iphone exclusion, I do that, as well as re-download the child profiles. |
