When adding a DVD and selecting which custom group to add it to, two groups I have named "Streaming" (one with a DVD logo, the other with a Blu-Ray logo) are listed only once. No icons shown for any.

Desktop should not be allowing two categories with the same name. This will change in the next desktop release. I recommend that you change the names in the mean time - any devices which sync via the online will run into this problem.
