BROKEN: Total count for Local DB (This Device) doesn't include custom category counts

DVDP Build: 15

ISSUE:  When updating local database from DVD Profiler Online the Total count doesn't include counts from custom categories.  For example,

This Device:  Total (2554), Owned (2516), Ordered (5), Wishlist (33), Custom Category (4)
Online: _____ Total (2558), Owned (2516), Ordered (5), Wishlist (33), Custom Category (4)

Steps to reproduce behavior:  Database -> Update DVD Profiler Online -> Sign In
