Issue: Under Settings -> Media Banners, changed option from On to Off. App prompted user with message to rebuild Thumbnails and user selected Yes. Thumbnails begin to rebuild and then a few minutes later the screen blanks (powers off to conserve power; similar to screensaver function). Power screen back on and the Thumbnail progress bar is halted and does not restart. Touching screen causes thumbnail rebuild to cancel.
Tablet is docked to the keyboard dock and only way to complete thumbnail rebuild process is to periodically touch the touchpad on the keyboard dock to move the cursor as this keeps the screen awake. |
