Program Locks-Up during Database Update

Error Message: "Access violation at Address 00726253 in module "Dvdpro.exe  read of address 00000008"  I get a pop-up window  button "OK"  click it and system locks up - Any help.  Have send problem in Invelos request box - They NEVER ANSWER???  :-(

The error report is one-way, and we don't have any way to respond. You may wish to open a support ticket via the support link at the top of this page.

Also, a database repair may be in order, selectable via the Windows Start menu.
