| Posted: | | | | Greetings. Just downloaded the latest iOS version on both my iPhone and iPad. Uploaded my collection from the iPhone to invelos and then updated on the iPad. The problem is that some covers were not uploaded to the online ant therefore not downloaded to the iPad after I sync. Any reason why this happened? | Posted: | | | | Custom covers are not uploaded to DVD Profiler Online. For a cover to download, it must be in the Invelos online database. Use the wifi sync option if you need to transfer custom covers. | | | Invelos Software, Inc. Representative |

| Posted: | | | | What Ken is saying is that when you switch your ios devices from syncing over wifi with your DVD Profiler for Windows Desktop program to syncing with the online database instead you are forced to use the cover art that exists in the online database. In this case it sounds like you may have some covers that were added locally and never contributed (either because they are custom and violate rules, or because you just didn't need to for your particular personal application at the time).
If the covers are legitimate scans of the actual covers, you should contribute them to the database via the windows program, and once approved they will appear on your iOS devices.
If the covers are custom covers that would not be allowed in the online database, you should stop syncing with the online collection, and go back to syncing over wifi with the desktop version the way you were before this update.
If you don't want to bother contributing, you should stop syncing with the online collection, and go back to syncing over wifi with the desktop version the way you were before this update. | | | -JoN |
