| Posted: | | | | Hi. This week I upgraded to Windows 8 and just bought an iPhone 5. The iPhone 5 was restored with iCloud (I didn't made a backup of DVD PROFILER because of the size of it). Anyway I made a clean install of DVD PROFILER on the IPhone, and went to connect with the PC, it connects and starts to download the data, but suddenly it disconnects with the PC (don't know why), I've tried many times and sometimes it finishes the profile update, but it doesnt update the images. I did a database repair because the first time I tried an error appeared, since the repair, it just stays there and after a while it disconnects and the progress bar doesnt move. Hope you can help me. Thanks. |

| Posted: | | | | Maybe DVDP for Windows still thinks there is a connection after the app crashes. I had that problem once and completely closing DVDP for Windows and the app (remove it from the multitask bar) solved the problem.
Since the problem seems to be with the images, try disabling the image sync in the options. If you are able to sync the profiles without the images, run another database repair and then try to enable image syncing again. |

| Posted: | | | | I've had this before... Your EAN listed before the.25 is corrupt. Remove that profile from collection. Sync. Than re add it and try again. | | | -JoN |
