| Posted: | | | | Yes, it can.
(No political pun intended) | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

| Posted: | | | | Simple. Just try disabling (turning off) any anti-virus or similar stuff for a couple of minutes while you try again with DvdProfiler (turn the other things off while Profiler isn't running). Also might be an idea to check your modem/router for any firewall settings and disable them for minute or 2.
See if it makes any difference and then turn those things back on. least you'll know if they are the cause. |

| Posted: | | | | After the box disappears there should be a new browser window open where you can enter contribution notes and such. Is it there? | | | Karsten DVD Collectors Online

| Posted: | | | | I ran into a problem tying to upload/download my collection. I tried every suggestion offered and nothing worked until invelos suggested I do the following:
Try enabling the alternate connection method under Tools->Options->Online.
I hope this works for your problem. <fingers crossed> |

| Posted: | | | | Well, now I'm having this problem and haven't changed my settings at all... Thing is, on the Contributions page, its there as an incomplete submission.
Edit: Well, oddly enough it's working. When I tried uploading one (Andy Griffith Show), it wouldn't but then I moved on to another profile (The Honeymooners), the browser launched and I then tried Andy Griffith Show again and the browser launched. So, for future reference to anyone who comes across this, try uploading another profile... | | | Last edited: by The Movieman |
