First try to completely close the app on your iPad (remove it from the multitask bar) and your PC. Run a database repair on the desktop version and try again. If that doesn't work try to disable image syncing in the app and try again. If you are able to sync after that, update all profiles and images on the PC, run a database repair, enable image syncing and try again. If neither option works, can you tell me at which stage of the syncing the app crashes ? |
