Film of 'owned' database not shown - bought another copy :-(

I was at a store trying to figure out if I already own the BD "The Town - Stadt ohne Gnade".
I used my iOS Version with my recent 'owned'-database..I checked with using a filter for
"town" .. 0 entries and I checked the filter "stadt" .. 0 entries. I bought the BD.

At home dvd profiler told me while adding the BD .."already in your database".
I checked it manually .. "The Town" was listed.

How can that be?

When was the last time you synchronised your iPhone and your desktop? Yesterday, last week, last month?

Was the title actually part of your iOS database, and the filter didn't find it, or was the title missing from the iOS database?

If the former, was it part of a box set? Apparently the filter in the iOS version doesn't find box set children.

My freeware tools for DVD Profiler users.

Did you use the filter "Title" - "Starts with" or "Title" - "Contains"? If you used the former, that would explain why you couldn't find the title in your database.
By the way, it is much easier to use the search field instead of the filter.
