Very tiresome. I tried to restore the database, but no difference.

When I click add DVD "By Title", this message is displayed:

I've had some PC crashes lately so maybe it has affected my db, but it should still work after a repair, one would think.

An "Invalid Floating Point Operation" usually indicates that (at least) one of your system fonts is corrupted.
For Invelos this would be "Tahoma.ttf". Please reinstall it from your Windows DVD and tell us if the error continues.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

I can't install any fonts without reinstalling my whole win7 system.
Which also means installing and fixing up loads of other software that I have installed. That will take lots of work and many days to complete.
Surely there must be another way?

I already fixed it and the solution was simple: uninstalling and reinstalling DVD Profiler!
Luckily I didn't start to reinstall my whole system...

PS. I couldn't see that there was anything wrong with my Tahoma fonts. They showed up OK in Windows.

I just came in here as I'm currently encountering the same problem. Currently got a database repair going, but if that doesn't work, I'll go the uninstall/install route. Thanks Mika.

Same as Mika for me. Database repair didn't fix it and I ended up uninstalling and re-installing Profiler, which has fixed the issue.

As Sam said, reinstalling often fixes this.

As for Lewis' suggestion, you don't have to reinstall Windows. Just search the Internet for the font (it's a free-distributed one) download, right click it, install.
If at first you don't succeed, skydiving isn't for you.

He who MUST get the last word in on a pointless, endless argument doesn't win. It makes him the bigger jerk.
