| Posted: | | | | You must be using Vista <G>
Sorry .. just kidding .. i have been getting that over some problems I have had.
My first question is .. Did you do a backup before you updated?

| Posted: | | | | I suggest that before you get confused by a bunch of guessing by others, that you stop any messing with your system and contact Support. I would think you get some kind of priority if you lost data.
Don't follow any wild suggestions until you speak with Invelos. That is my recommendation. | | | Thanks for your support. Free Plugins available here. Advanced plugins available here. Hey, new product!!! BDPFrog. |

| Posted: | | | | Exactly, what mediadogg suggested. Besides minor optical glitches the RC works perfectly fine. The problem sounds more like installing the new version over a already crushed Database, and in this case no user one can help you out. Open a support ticket, and please be very specific about OS/environment and all the steps you've taken.

| Posted: | | | | Or you can do the easiest thing and point out your collection.dat file to DVDP. File --> Open Database --> Browse. If you don't know where you your collection.dat file is located use some search tool. This happens to me every time when I do clean installation since my DVDP files aren't located in default place. No biggie... |

| Posted: | | | | Or. if your online collection is up to date, you can restore from there (minus any personal cover scans). | | | First registered: February 15, 2002 | | | Last edited: by Nexus the Sixth |
