After Update - Everything is empty... :-( |

My first question is .. Did you do a backup before you updated?

The problem sounds more like installing the new version over a already crushed Database, and in this case no user one can help you out. Open a support ticket, and please be very specific about OS/environment and all the steps you've taken.

If you don't know where you your collection.dat file is located use some search tool. This happens to me every time when I do clean installation since my DVDP files aren't located in default place. No biggie... |
