Program locks during "Refresh Updated Profiles"

I'm using 3.8.0., build 1509.

Frequently, when I "Refresh Updated Profiles" the program locks-up just as it seemingly reaches 100% completion. I can hit cancel to keep using, but the profiles are not updated. Any solution?

Try doing a database repair. I've had that happen before, and it took care of the problem for me.

Online --> Tools --> Options --> Utilities --> Repair Profile Database

I had a similar problem when refreshing updated profiled and repairing the database did the trick for me as well, thanks !
