How do I find the IP address and code that it asks for to transfer my collection from computer to iPhone?

Launch DVDP on your PC.
Go to Tools - Options - Sharing
Check "Share my collection on the network" and choose a password if you want to.
The IP and port are now displayed at the bottom of the DVDP window.
