| Posted: | | | | There are two ways around your troubles: (1) Create a whole new account ID and over write the setting of the remote. (2) If you are still under warranty then contact Logitech/Harmony CSR for help setting up the remote.
I have Four Harmony remotes.. and had to set up an account for each remotes settings.
Hint on any of the Harmony remotes.. if you need to add a device.. move say the DVD Player to share with the TV's settings teaching the remote the most offten used commands..
