Have you opened a support ticket?

Go to the Support tab, then "Support Home" and near the bottom is a "Open a new technical support ticket" link.

What happens when you tick on "Registration"? This is located near the top of the screen - 4 spaces to the right of "invelos".

If you touch this another screen should come down - tick "My Registrations".

This will then tell you the type of Registration you have and will tell you what your Key is.

Once you get the Key - open up the database.

Go to the top of the screen and touch "Tools".

A box will open up - go to "Registration Information".

You then enter your First and Last name and your Key.

Good luck!

Hello to both of you. I tried to put in a support ticket but it say I only have a free lisence and will not let me Post. Thanks anyway Movieman. Kathy as for the registration when I check it says that there are no registration Key's on this account. Now I have been a premium user since I enrolled.
Kathy you helped me out last time I had trouble when I was in FL,  If you go to the general page and look up  bigguy128 and see how you helped me you can see that i am a premium user. For some reason i can't get to my Online page without a sign in and key's but when I put in my name and key's i am regesterd as a FREE user

  Thanking you both

Might be a stupid question, but why aren't you signing in under 'bigguy128'?  That is where you registration information will be.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.
