| Posted: | | | | As someone who rips almost all of my movies to hard drive so that I an play them directly from my media centre simply by clicking on them, I'd like to see a HDD option under Media Type, as an altenative to DVD, BluRay and HD-DVD. The Windows version allows full customization of this and I have created a HDD format option with a matching banner and icon. But it doesn't translate over to the iOS version.
So it's something I'd like to see integrated into it.

| Posted: | | | | I have several custom media types in my collection that I now have on the IPad, I had a little trouble in the begining transferring the icons over as I had them in jpeg format and the IOS version really preferred PNG, once I converted them and adjusted the size everything displayed fine. Perhaps a little tweaking might get you what you need. | | | Tom

| Posted: | | | | This is already available under custom media types. Ken explains how to do it here. | | | No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever. There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom. Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand. The Centauri learned this lesson once. We will teach it to them again. Though it take a thousand years, we will be free. - Citizen G'Kar | | | Last edited: by TheMadMartian |
