| Posted: | | | | I have DVD Profiler on my iPhone and my computer. I have "Updated Collection" and my DVD collection is on my phone under browse but the "Collection" tab is blank. How do I get my collection to show up? I tried to click mobile sync. on my computer and it says "Collection Timed Out, Please make sure your pocket pc is connected via Mobile Device Manager and try again." Help what do I need to do. I just want to be able to see my collection displayed on my iPhone. : ) |

| Posted: | | | | DVD Profiler for iOS does NOT sync like a Windows Mobile device. It syncs via WiFi. You need to set up the Desk Top version of DVD Profiler for Port Sharing and then set up DVD Profiler for iOS with your PC's IP and Port.
There are instructions in the Help section in DVD Profiler for iOS. Start the App. On the Collection screen tap the icon with the arrow to the left of Collection at the top of the screen. Under Actions tap on Update Collection. Under Connect to DVD Profiler tap Edit. On the Connections Settings screen tap on the Help button. There you will find detailed instructions on setting up Sharing on DVD Profiler and setting up DVD Profiler for iOS. | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |

Does everything work properly now (apart from the fact that you have no cover images)? If so, turn on only front covers and try again. If this works, try turning on rear covers and update again. Change options until you can isolate the thing that is causing the problem. |

| Posted: | | | | Thanks for that advice, Ive finally managed to get all the covers on, a lot of its due to that last software update I think, now that its all up-to-date HOPEFULLY I wont have much trouble with smaller updates. The advice you gave should be common knowledge or else a lot of folk like me will think the uploadings merely stuck when it takes a LONG time. |

Considering the fact that you have over 5,000 titles in your collection...yeah, it'll take a long time . Glad everything worked out . | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |
