| | Posted: | | | | I have a question as to why I get different results between the PC (v3.7.1) an iOS (1.0.1) versions of the software; it could be that I've misunderstood something.
The issue is with the box set for Family Guy Seasons 1-9 + Uncovered DVD (EAN 5039036044066). The PC version detects the EAN as being assigned to Family Guy Seasons 1-9 (albeit without mentioning the Uncovered DVD) The iOS version on scanning the barcode gives me "No results found".
Does anyone know what's going on ?

| | Posted: | | | | Maybe the scanner didn't read the barcode properly. On rare occasions I had to scan twice or enter the UPC manually.

That's what I thought initially however when I went to the prior screen by selecting "Add by UPC" I found that the barcode reader is working correctly as it the DVD profiler s/w is showing the correct numbers assigned to the barcode. |
