| Posted: | | | | I have been testing the various DVD Library programs on itunes but have found them lacking in some way or another. The DVD Profiler has great reviews and seems to have all the features I am looking for, but there isn't any free version to test prior to paying $8.95 (plus tax). My question is about the barcode scanning technology using the iPod camera. Some apps I have tested don't work at all for me (iCollect Movies), while others (like MovieScan or My Library) work fine. Before I buy I just want to make sure I won't have any problems (I don't want to type in the UPC, I have over 600 movies). Has anyone had any problems using the camera on the iPod Touch for scanning the barcodes into this program? If everything is cool then I will be getting both the PC and iPod versions... |
