| Posted: | | | | I managed to get up to 259 entries sync'd with my laptop and iPhone-4 and then tried scanning some more with my iPhone-4 and it won't sync any more. I've tried various settings but to no avail. I think there's something wrong with the program and it can't handle sync'ing when the database gets beyond a certain size. Disappointing and rather a waste of money. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone on my experience so far. |

| Posted: | | | | Before giving up on this excellent App, check that your Shared Server and Port on the App matches the Server and Port on the Desktop version of DVD Profiler (found at the bottom of the DVD Profiler screen). I had reset my WiFi Router/Modem and was having the same problem until I noticed that the Server numbers no longer matched. I changed the Server number on the App and was able to sync again. This may or may not be your problem but it's worth a shot. | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |

| Posted: | | | | I also had problems sending when I had a corrupted entry. Deleted it and it synced again. |

| Posted: | | | | Thanks - I've tried all that: I'm using the same IP, password and have even tried substituting the server name for the IP address and nothing works with th sync. All I get is an iPhonemessage saying unable to send changes. Wish I'd just done a simple database in Access or Excel now because I've wasted a lot of time and money on this. |

The program handles syncing my 1500 profile collection perfectly on both iPhone and iPad. If there is a limit to the number of entries the app can sync it is definitely much higher than your 259. There has to be another problem in your case. Unfortunately you didn't provide much usuful information to help you. First I would recommend a database repair on the desktop program. Before trying to sync again, close the app completely (remove from multitask bar). Also try your initial sync with image size set to the default size (larger). |

| Posted: | | | | Well I've previously done all that and more and it still doesn't work. I'm pretty handy with a computer and I can't see anything wrong. Ports, IP, password all agree and it worked before it got above 300 onmy iPhone and now it won't sync. So I don't think that "I think wrong"! |

| Posted: | | | | Sorry to hear you are having problems, I have almost 3,000 discs in my collection and have had no trouble syncing. If you have not done so already try running a database repair on your collection, delete the current database in your iDevice and try starting over. You might also consider a reinstall of the app if that suggestion does no t work for you. | | | Tom

| Posted: | | | | You could try creating a new database on the desktop and the phone with just one or 2 entries. See what happens when you try to synch that. That will tell you whether or not it is some type of connection issue or an issue with the data. | | | Invelos Software, Inc. Representative |
