| Posted: | | | | Just added about 15 blu's to the collection and removed 5 dvd's... then reassigned collection numbers. I then tried to sync to ios and got this error then i tried to upload to the invelos online collection and it showed that what i was uploading would be hundreds of titles less than what i had. I canceled the upload, did database repair, and then the upload went fine. I then tried to sync back to ios again and got this error These errors resulted in total failure to sync. Any help would be apreciated. Repeated attempts to sync result in the same error message with different upc's and variables... but same error. | | | -JoN | | | Last edited: by ruineddaydreams |

| Posted: | | | | I received similar errors when trying to sync more than one device at the same time after a collection number resequence but retrying the sync worked. |

| Posted: | | | | The 2 numbers in the error message are indicating UPCs that the system is having issues with. Once you get those errors on a record, you probably need to start a new database, because it has already started creating a bad entry. The times that I have seen the issue is when there has been bad data on those particular discs (in one case it was disc IDs and another one it was users, I think). So I would exclude these titles and try synching again. I know it doesn't solve your issue, but at least it should help you synch the rest. | | | Invelos Software, Inc. Representative |
