What's more: it would seem that this time around there will be a European version, too. Finally, Oppo is also working on a higher-end model, the BDP-95. | Posted: | | | | Ordered Dec 20, received Dec 22, Works great. It's my third Oppo. Class act from the packaging to its operation. Remote is much improved from my first Oppo. | | | We don't need stinkin' IMDB's errors, we make our own. Ineptocracy, You got to love it. | Posted: | | | | Congratulations on your purchase, Srehtims! Did you also own the BDP-83? If so, is the video and audio on the 93 better? |

It comes with a cloth carrying case and a firmware update disc. I also have a OPDV971H & DV-981HD. | | | We don't need stinkin' IMDB's errors, we make our own. Ineptocracy, You got to love it. | Posted: | | | | Pity, as an 83 owner I would like to know how the two compare. Guess we'll have to wait for the reviews of the 93 to find out.
The carrier bag was standard on the 83 as well, as were two calibration discs and a solid HDMI cable. | | | Last edited: by dee1959jay |

Looking to upgrade soon to a CIH theater room and can't have forced subtitles in the "black bars" According to an answer to a similar question raised in a danish forum (recordere.dk) it's possible to move the subs up and down +/- 5 ... position 0 being the normal position. The pictures below show position 0 and 5 (- 5 would be outside the display) |
