| | Posted: | | | | Since 2 weeks I use an Ipad and the normaly Ipod touch/Iphone apps runs fine on the Ipad. But the great resolution on the Ipad shows the touch/Iphone apps small and the display-version x2 is with text-apps not so good and not clear to read. So make a separate HD version for Ipad. |

There are three different types of apps in the iTunes Store: 1) iPad Only Applications, these only run on the iPad and obviously have enhanced graphics for games, and an iPad specific interface. They are not HD, despite developers tagging iPhone apps as HD because of expanded resoultion, it's not HD. 2) iPhone Apps, these are the apps that allow you to press the 2x button. It's just blown up iPhone app. They aren't worth using for two reason, the looks awful and their interfaces are designed for a much smaller. 3) "Plus" Apps - These are the apps that show up in the iPhone & iPad section of your app library. When you view them in the iTunes store they have a plus sign besides the price. They have two UI's, one designed for the iPhone, one for the iPad. I suspect, and hope, that DVDP will come out as a "Plus" app. |

But...
Today is the 01.04.2014 and I hop the REAL release is next time. |
