In your case there are two possibilities: 1. After installation of DVDProfiler download your online collection via DVDProfiler menu "Online -> DVD Profiler Online" Choose the option "Download". But since your last upload is somewhat old (March 31st) possibly this data is outdated. 2. If your backup software has the ability to recover single files or folder structures you can try to restore the content of "My Documents -> DVDProfiler" to the "Documents" folder of your new PC. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

| Posted: | | | | If you have a backup, you can simply copy over the database from your "My Documents\DVD Profiler" onto the new computer and it will pick it up with zero data loss.
Note that if your database isn't named "Default", you'll have to browse to the database directory when you select Open Database. |
