| Posted: | | | | I have a number of those and I've been real happy with them.
The only comment I have is make sure to anchor them to the wall like is listed in the very last step otherwise they can be unstable. I was amazed at the number of people who don't do that and then complain in reviews that they fall over. |

| Posted: | | | | I have a similar looking solution for my DVDs and blu-rays, and I haven't anchored them on the wall (it's stone wall behind them). I just packed as much old VHS tapes as I could - as stoppers behind the DVDs - fit in the lowest three (of 9 shelves) to keep the concentration of the weight close to the floor. I also placed a few 10c coins under the front end of the system to keep the front side a millimeter higher than the back side against the wall. The shelves are about 2 m 40 cm high (approx. 7,5" feet) and only 28 cm deep (approx. 1 foot). I know, I also still should have anchored it to the wall, but when it falls on me, I'll learn if I'm not killed. | | | Mika I hate people who love me, and they hate me. The bottom came apart when I stood it up and had to be glued together and yes I made sure to anchor it to the wall. Now it is great. If I ever need another one not sure where I will put it I live in an one bedroom apartment. | | | Last edited: by Randall_Lind |

Just a question, as I'm also thinking of expanding the space for my BD collection: - is the size exactly adapted to BD cases, mostly in regards to the depth? - is this an open cabinet or are there doors included (sliding or pivoting)? I can't quite tell on the picture. | | | Blu-ray collection DVD collection My Games My Trophies |

I have played with the shelves spacing and this is the only way to do it or you end up with odd spaces. It will have eighteen shelves when done making 3x8 rows (3 across, 8 down). each shelve or box holds 21 DVD's I am hoping to make it 23 BD not sure yet. 21x 3 across = 63 x 8 row down = 504 DVD's Ii comes with 30 shelves if you used this for CD's. There are no doors. | | | Last edited: by Randall_Lind |

If you get this and can do the spacing better let me know.

| Posted: | | | | I had a couple racks full of DVD's plus DVD's stacked on top, it was completely overflowing and just taking up to much of my limited space. I now have a CD/DVD Spinner Rack. It's around 5ft tall, setup with 7 shelfs per the 4 sides. I don't remember what the exact total it's suppose to hold, something around 780 DVD's or over 1000 CD's. I still have some room left. I have it in the corner and it doesn't take up that much space for all the Movies it holds. I'm much more organized now. |
