online view problem

sometimes when i go to view my discs via the online dvd profiler i get the follwing error

Refresh Needed
  Please select your browser's Refresh option to continue viewing this collection.

this happens at home and at work, and sometimes refreshing the broswer doesnt work, can anyone advise

I know this behaviour only when you try to link to one DVD in your collection instead of the entire collection:

For example: For now this link is valid:

http://www.invelos.com/onlinecollections/dvd/PlumPeachy/DVD.aspx?U=743216829798.5

But in an hour or so, it will display this "please refresh" message.

Don't know why though and I prefer phpDVDProfiler (see the images/link in my signature).
