I haven't been seeing new Blu Rays showing up lately for me to add to my collection.  8 Mile still isn't listed and I have it for a month or so.  A lot of other movies that I know are scheduled for release like Fletch, Bruce Almighty, Snatch, Go, etc., aren't showing up either.  Should I be doing something more other than the "refresh" options under Online?

DVD Profiler is a user built database so it's likely that no one else has contributed those titles yet. The bigger localities don't often have this problem, but smaller countries do sometimes a bit behind due to smaller numbers of contributors.

If you want to have a go, have a read of the Contribution Rules first & ask any questions if you're unsure.
