| Posted: | | | | My DVD "Space:1999/UFO, The Documentaries" has no UPC, is not in the database and has as the Disc ID "FANDERSON_PAL (-)". DVD Profiler won't let me add it to my collection. It is a legal DVD issue by Fanderson and Kindred Productions. Is there a way to add non-compliant DVD's? I could do this in the past so it seems an issue introduced in the laste version of DVD Profiler. I use V3.5.1 on Ubuntu 8.04 - But this doesnt look like a Linux issue
Thanks in advance, Ryko Prins |

| Posted: | | | | What you described is not the DiscId, but the disc name.
I assume you run Wine or something?
When you open the "Add DVD" dialog and switch to "Add by DiscId" does DVDP detect the DiscId? | | | Karsten DVD Collectors Online

| Posted: | | | | Seems that either the disc has no real DiscId or that Wine doesn't patch it through. Have you tried other discs?
Since you have no DiscId and no UPC and if you can't find it via "Add by Title" then you have to add it manually ("Add by Title", uncheck "Download from Invelos"). | | | Karsten DVD Collectors Online
