| Posted: | | | | Hello from a newbie We have Windows XP with 4 user accounts. Having installed the software, it seems all the data is stored on my Windows user account. Is there any way I can change this so the whole family can use it? Sorry if this has been asked before, I did search but found nothing relevant. |

| Posted: | | | | Hi & welcome to the forums.
Open DVD Profiler and go to File -> Open Database.
Create a new database in a folder that every user has access to and select to copy the current database.
Then you open the new database and delete the old one.
After that you login in the other users, choose Open Database and select the new one, too.
btw: This is the help forum for the mobile version, the forum for the PC version is higher in the list. | | | Karsten DVD Collectors Online

| Posted: | | | | Thanks for such a quick reply Karsten. I have followed your suggestion and this works fine. Trying on of the other user accounts, it hasn't the registration key I have bought - can I copy that across all user accounts? (And sorry for posting in the wrong forum!) |

Since you are not using multiple installations or multiple databases I think so. But I am not entirely sure. | | | Karsten DVD Collectors Online
